Awful customer experience - must avoid! Terrible communication including several no shows for appointments and failure to return calls or answer texts. Fitted a faulty device and then ceased communication - last I heard from him was that he was going to pay to expedite a new device for the next day - that was a month ago. Now having to take him to court to get my money back (over £800). Don’t make the same mistake as me and avoid!
