Order taking and processing credit appears to work well. No problems there. Once money received attention to customer service appalling and appears to be of little importance. First off confirmation e-mail properly identified our mailing address so no excuses accepted here. Product ordered has been returned to Expert Electrical shipping facilities TWICE. This needs to be flagged and Manager involved to insure ratings like thisdo not happen. Customer service is life blood of a business. Now 7 weeks and still waiting for product. When we called Manager explained our package was returned twice to their shipping facilities for improper labeling issues. And we were told in Expert Electricals' one and only e-mail reply to our order status inquiry that once "product returns in a few days we will relabelled and sent off " So it would appear there is no concern about how this statement reflects on customer service. After second Expert Electrical courier problem 1) Proactively call customer . if Manger and company policy really good we would have expected a contact after the FIRST labeling problem …. but for certain after 2nd problem 2) Do not wait for parts to return. Knowing the mess from first shipment draw ordered items from inventory and EXPEDITE shipment. Very poor message and attention to customer. Will not use again and will warn others. Still no idea when product to be re released with new label , who is courier, level of shipment, or a tracking number. Expect it will be 2 months before we finally see this order. Atrocious customer process and service.
