ZARA - MANCHESTER, GR

I was appalled when I walked through the door. It is one of the most untidiest un-organised shops I have ever been into. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The staff were terrible there was clothes and hangers all over the floor, they were just sat there on their phones the pile of clothes outside the changing rooms was taller than myself all scrunched up and most of the clothes I tried were dirty and creased. Seriously need to re evaluate their business strategies and employ staff that are helpful and not scruffy!

Zara the Trafford Centre is one of the worst retail stores I have ever been in. Staff are rude, unhelpful and prioritise chatting over helping customers. I have worked in retail for 3 years and if I gave customer service like the staff in there I would be fired. Very unpleasant shopping experience

If I could rate this store as 0 I would. The staff are absolutely appalling and their attitude is disgusting. I will not enter another Zara store again!

Zara had been open for 1 hour the whole shop looked like there was a gumble sale going on so untidy. Stock all over the floor and not incorrect places. Elderly woman on the fitting room seem very stressed but there was no need to be rude. I asked for a coat in a certain size . If it had come down from the stores yet. She replied what coat ! What colour! Then just stared at me when I answered. She was rude to her collegues who in fact help me a lot more than her. If I was her management I would be having some serious words with her.
