STARBUCKS - MANCHESTER - CITY LABS NELSON ST - MANCHESTER, GR

I am a Key worker who has been offered free drinks from Starbucks on nelson street since the last couple of weeks. I have been grateful for the same, However I noticed a shift in the behavior of the baristas serving us as well as the content of the drinks towards the end of the offer-ends in 2 days on the 14th of June 2020. I went in to get a drink today- 12/06/2020, I do not drink coffee so have asked for a extra hot, skinny, white hot chocolate. I was given a cup that felt empty when I picked it up, there was cream when I specifically said no for cream upon being asked and the drink was lukewarm- forget even hot. We work on busy wards and areas, come there during our short breaks to feel refreshed, and endure the long queues hoping that we have a nice drink waiting at the end of the line.
I was deeply disappointed at this incident that was a repeat of the last 2 days, and my colleagues have also narrated the same , that they did not want to go to Starbucks for free drinks anymore because they were not being treated right,
Dear Starbucks management , why offer free drinks if you cannot serve us a decent amount of fluid? we can make our own brews and buy a drink if so wanted. I have always enjoyed going out for a hot white chocolate drink with my son to your various cafes, but i wont be anymore. I shall spend my money elsewhere , where the service remains the same whether i am offered a free drink or pay for it myself.
