APPLE TRAFFORD CENTRE - MANCHESTER, GR

I have never felt strongly enough before to write a review regarding any store I have ever visited before, but the service I received at the Apple store last night 6/7/15 has changed that. The service was truly appalling. I went in with an issue with my iPhone and was basically told to go away reset the phone etc. and come back when I'd done it, basically I was made to feel like something he had trodden in (didn't get his name but had balding head and long beard). I did what he asked and went back 10 mins or so later and was then told I needed to go on the website to book an appointment with a technician. This I have just tried to do online and just get the message back 'no appointments available'. I run my own business and the phone is vital, so unfortunately I will make the trip to the store again tomorrow and this time I will not be leaving until someone looks at my phone.

Genius Bar Trafford Center ALL IS ABOUT MONEY AND FORCE CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE RATHER THAN LOOKING AFTER THEIR EXISTING DEVICES. Extremely poor service... Genius Bar Trafford Center won't entertain any loyality or customer care and will behave like king of the Market. i waited whole day during Xmas and new year at apple store to replace my handset battery. End of the day they rejected the battery replacement. They will do anything for not to get the handset working to enforce customer to buy a new model and spend ££££. my handset is in absolutely mint condition apart from battery but apple wont' replace it and declined it fully and have said no support or help will be provided. i have no option apart from throwing my handset in the bin. too much monopoly on the market and won't do the basic customer care.

bought an i phone 7 and was promised the receipt by e-mail. it has never arrived. trying to get through to the store by telephone is a nightmare. They promise to transfer you, play you some music and then cut you off. Unbelievable!

We were served by a very helpful chap named Luke. Recommend him to everyone. Knew what he was talking about and not telling a load of jibbery. He had a cool beard too :)

Brilliant service! There were two very helpful men who made sure it was a speedy process due to me not having much time available on the day, was seen to so quickly and served by a very kind man who was more than happy to help with my broken iPhone 6. Definitely recommend! Absolutely amazing customer service
