BATES HEATING & PLUMBING LTD - LONDON, GR

Having recently moved into a new property that over the years has been run down, with little or no maintenance repairs carried out to it. So we decided to completly refurbish the whole property. After having several quotes submitted for the work we required, we settled for Bates as they were competitively priced. The work was carried out to a very high standard and within the agreed price. The newly fitted kitchen is exactly as we had visioned and are delighted with it, the boiler and hot water system is enegy efficient with easy to use controls and came with a 5 year warranty.
They tidied up each evening before they went home and after the project was completed, a week later they telphoned to see if we were entirely happy with everything which we thought was a nice touch. Highly recommended!
