Worst experience I've ever had at a hairdressers. Burnt my scalp during a permanent straightening session - a week later all the hair fell out from the crown of my head.Traumatising. Went back to talk to them about it, and they implied it was my fault for "not looking after my hair properly"! Then I googled them and found out I am not the first person this has happened to!!! WTF! Looking into suing.

I done my highlights there and the stylist was very knowledgable best hair salon in north London they use Olaplex and prices are amazing. Would definitely recommend.
