I am a pensioner but take pride in my hair. I was only at GSK less than a fortnight ago. I was having my hair coloured lighter as of course my hair in certain places is going grey. I was advised I only needed the same colour no highlights. I have since studyed my hair and I have parts that are pure white. The cut is poorly styled. I have phoned but was told to get hair corrected would be charged another twenty pounds very disappointed I will not attend again.
