I desperately need a spare key for my tenant
in Cheltenham, Cotswold Lock and Safe
Services are the only firm who can make this
key.
I've called every week for 3 weeks and been
told "I'll have it in the post for you", I'll
do it this weekend", "I've got your number,
I'll call straight back"... then nothing but
an answer phone
Really poor service, rubbish communications
and total lack of customer concern
I'm considering pushing to change the lock,
its a building with several flats so might
take time but this service is totally
unacceptable.
