I purchased some audiophile speakers from Conrad UK. One of the speakers is damaged, more than likely in transit (thanks UPS). Conrad want me to return it (each speaker is huge and weights around 24kilograms). Then I must wait up to 4 weeks for a replacement, or a refund. What? They take your money, and them leave you without what you purchased for several weeks. Very poor customer service indeed. It's not my fault the speaker is damaged.
