When I needed a quick and very flexible approach to a kitchen expansion Richard reacted both with speed and also understanding that we could not close the kitchen during trading hours. Richard scheduled the work in a logical sequence, suggesting aspects that could be carried out away from site and were then installed after the kitchen closed each day - with minimum impact to trading times.
The work was carried out on time and on budget and after each session the kitchen space was left in a clean and workable condition ready for the next morning.
I'll definitely be using Property Repair again this autumn for the next phase of the expansion project.

I live in Fairmilehead. I was flooded in December by my upstairs neighbour on Christmas Eve!! I quickly searched for Builders covering Fairmilehead area and found Property Repair. Their office were really friendly and calmed me down. They then dealt with my insurance company and then met with the loss adjuster (mr grumpy) at my flat. The Property Repair guys that carried out the work were just great and clearly know there stuff and do this sort of thing every day. Well dressed in company uniform and extremely polite, not what one usually expects. The work was completed on time with a 2 year guarantee and now I have a fresh new Hall, Kitchen and Lounge. From start to finish really happy and will use them again.

Would just like to thank Richard and the INSUREPAIR team for repairing my damaged kitchen ceiling due to a leaking water cylinder.
