i received a compensation pay out from hastings direct and the 1st cheque they sent to me bounced because they did not put a signiture on it after about 3 weeks of constant complaining and being lied 2 they finaly sent me a new cheque to my horror there was no signiture on the 2nd cheque either ! I then phoned up and told them i wanted to speek with a manager who i priviously told would not be avaliable 2 take my calls but they told me they could transfer the money straight into my bank account this is after i asked them if they could do this after the first cheque bounced and they told me they didnt have the authority to do it i have now been waiting 8 days for this money to go into my accout and eberytime i ring them they say there going to phone me back which they have told me at least 10 times since this all happend ! do not i repeat do not use hastings direct
