Hopeless!! Never trust them to hold stock for you to collect. I travelled there from Poole to collect a particular item which a Poole store had asked them to hold for me. When I got there, they didn't have the item. They even had to cheek to ask me if I wanted them to order it for me! As if I'd ever trust them or go back there again!!
