QUAY IT COMPUTERS - TOTNES, DE

I've used Quay IT several times for purchasing and sorting out my computer issues, myself being a complete beginner, and they have always been very efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. I had a small problem with a key not working on my laptop and they sent it away for fixing under guarantee, very quickly and without any cost to me, not even postage. I am so pleased to have discovered this small, local firm who really do seem to care about their level of customer service. Thank you, Derek from Dartmouth.

Not at all customer oriented. Asked the owner if I could turn on my laptop (after they completed a very expensive repair on it) just to see if the problem I had was re-occuring; was told "No, I couldn't turn it on!". The owner acted like customers were an unnecessary burden on his business/ego. Will be sure to avoid this place forever!
