BIRDS BAKERY - CHADDESDEN - CHADDESDEN, DE

The shop on Nottingham road in chaddesden is a lovely shop , with very fruendky staff APART from the manager . She is the most ignorant , moody , unsociable individual I have ever come across in the retail buisness . Her approach to friendliness is non exist ant and is rather off putting when she is in the shop . Also she needs a serious lesson on when to say please and thank you !!! I must admit , I now drive to the oakwood birds shop , so I don't have to go in and feel like a lump of muck under her foot . A new manager would improve the atmosphere in the shop no end .

Can't understand why if you go into the shop at 11 am they have very little left, as they are open until 5pm they must be loosing buisness and what do the staff find to do all afternoon apart from cleaning and that shouldn't take 4 hours, Birds other shops seem to have more to offer until much later that 11 am
