Absolutely avoid this shop... very rude to customers on arrival. Degrading to disabled people. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Visited this shop recently. Looked at a white fur coat in the shop, when I heard something fall on the floor. The assistant came up to me and informed me it was a broach and it was broken and all broken products have to be paid for. She fetched the manager who was very aggressive and although I pointed out to her that the broach was not very evident on the garment I would still have to pay. I agreed to pay but informed her I would be putting in a complaint about her shop. She threw my credit card at me. As I made a note outside the name of the shop, she came outside and accused me of "Yanking the garment" and she had it on camera. I went back into the shop and requested she show me the film footage, to which she replied "I don`t have to". When I got the broach home, it was easily fixed and can now be used. I appreciate that it must be frustrating working in a shop, where most people just look and do not buy, there is no need to take it out on the public. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE VISIT THIS SHOP.

Visited or tried to visit this shop but as we entered a staff member TOLD us to put sanitiser on but we had just done so .... then she muttered ......JUST DONT TOUCH ANYTHING THEN ..... we exited the shop very quickly ... very rude attitude to potential paying customers.
