Having already had an assessment and informed I could have a second pair of insoles in 6 months ...which is now. Problem 1 ...My appointment had not been written on podiatrist screen Problem 2 The podiatrist (Ben) was totally unprofessional slagging his predecessor off and telling me I have "To Pay" Problem 3 ..Continually moaned that I didn't have an appointment ...bearing in mind NO ONE else was waiting I found the whole experience uncomfortable..I won't be seen by him again..God forbid I worked in NHS for 40 plus years ...pleased I'm not linked with this department
Its is shocking they need some one new at picking up the phone I can never get in touch with yous been ringing for 2 weeks and will have to go to the place to order my sons nappies
