EURONICS- SALE DOMESTIC APPLIANCES - SALE, CH

Placing this review on behalf of my parents who recently placed an order with this company and had a very poor experience.

The products themselves seem great however the installation and post install service was appalling.

The install was carried out by a delivery driver (he admitted that on site) and was not completed well at all. No tools to do the job properly, damaging the work surfaces when removing the old hob and most importantly not connecting the ducting on the new extractor fan. When questioned about the issues on site he simply replied "I am in a rush and the boss has me doing some installs these days".

Claiming the install was completed he left, at which point my father discovered how poor the install had been. He contacted the shop and was told the manager would be back on site on the Monday afternoon to personally check the work. Of course this did not occur with claims of 'too busy' & 'loads of messages' etc etc. Customer service is obviously not top of their list when busy.

On the Monday afternoon instead of the manager as promised the same 'delivery driver' arrived on site to complete the work when he again attempted to bodge the job by using unsuitable parts. At this point he was told to leave.

So great products but very poor installation and customer service. Beware.
