I rang this Marks and Spencer after speaking to a very helpful customer services lady from on line. It took me three times to get through as each time I was directed to the operator. The first time the phone was answered and put down. The second time it just rang and rang. I left it a while before once again ringing and this time the phone was answered by the operator. I explained what i wanted and she grunted hold the line at me and then transferred me to a line that rang out for a good four minutes before switching to voice mail!!! This is not acceptable Marks. Is it not possible to get people to answer your phones? a simple sorry there is no one answering can you call back later from the operator would have made all the difference. or supply a direct line and remove your surly operator altogether. Then at least I am not paying while I wait in vain for a bit of customer service! Not good enough, time to switch to N*** I think!
