Well, what a time to stop taking prescription requests by telephone !!!!!!! You apparently had two years to implement this and so you waited until we are in the middle of a pandemic to do this. There are many elderly people who do not have a mobile phone let alone a smart phone or computer to download the app. So this menas that they will have to change chemists to get their prescriptions, Not an easy thing to do at this time.This means that Hetpoles and Boots who are already under pressure will have to deal with many more customers. So WELL DONE !!!!!!! for making life even more difficult. I will never purchase anything from your chemist in TESCO Dedworth road again. Mrs Potts
