I have an issue about the VPN, which is not working. A person tried helping me out on the 10 May 2020. He took a back-up file, after connecting remotely to my computer. It has been four weeks and I called today, 18 June 2020, spoke to a lady who advised that the issue had been escalated. I replied this was four weeks ago! I asked that someone contact me within 24 hours to resolve the issue.This is such poor service from McAfee, who are an International company, which cannot resolve issues regarding their own products that they advertise customers to buy. AcAfee should get their act together when customers want their purchase of products not working resolved.
