Went to return a shirt due to wrong size. Due to their lack of choice or shock there was nothing similar and no required size in the same shirt type. Was told no money return. Can purchase tennis balls instead. Very bad attitude and he has lost my custom. Customer service and return business in this economy is critical! Crazy crazy crazy!
