I recently put my car (mini) in first for a fullservice and on a second occasion to have the brake pads replaced. On both visits the front house team were professional and helpful, and even went the extra mile when there was a technical issue and resolved the problem. I also like the fact that the Grosvenor is an independant gararge/specilaist and their pricing is competitive and good value for money. And finally as a female/driver and not having a clue what goes on underneath the bonnet of my car...I have never felt intimidated or daft in asking questions. Overall great service and please note that this is genuine feedback from a happy customer :)
