KEY CIRCLE (PHARMACY) LTD - MAIDENHEAD, BE

Awful. The head pharmacist is as rude as they come. Rang to query two errors on sons prescription which had just been collected. Was given utter abuse. Turned out he had failed to inform clients that a vital and potentially life saving item had been recalled. We only found out when I rang to query what was given. Told it ws my job to know. Then told it was not his problem. He was aggressive so i put the phone down. Sent my partner the next day to collect other items and he ws told to tell me I'm banned from phoning as I put phone down. He embarrassed my partner in,front of lots of other people. Disgraceful attitude problem

this chemist is absolutely useless waited 40 minutes to collect prescription then they said they said it had not been issued from the drs went to the drs they said key circle had signe for it. new system that no one sems to be abe to work . you put a repeat prescription in it takes over a week to get it . very poor service

Very impressed with the service received at this pharmacy especially the speed at which prescriptions are dispensed. I have been using them for almost 10 years now and havent had a single problem with the service since moving from Boots. With regards to Maidenheadeller's comments I am sorry to say this but, are you sure you were in Keycircle Pharmacy? doesnt seem like you were and your comments seem totally out of character from what I have experienced.

An excellent pharmacy, with caring understanding staff, and service to match. The only thing they could improve is their filing system to find prescriptions much quicker, but a truly helpful professional group of people.

Excellent and helpful staff friendly quick and very capable I can only think that the last reviewer was rude to them on the phone therefore he received the same treatment they are helpful kind and when I was given wrong medicine once the head pharmacist couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful
