Worst customer service I've had in a long time, I was kept waiting for quite a long time and when the assistant arrived there was no apology, in fact it was like she was doing me a favour. Gone are the days when m&s were held up as an example of good service.
I was looking for a coffee table and went to Marks&Spencer, a large retail store, with a wide range of products.I went straight to the furniture department and found a lot of coffee tables in different shapes and styles.One of them had a glass top and was very stylish.Perfect for my living room.The price was reasonable and the friendly sales person brought it to my car.
