Brickhill Branch. I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving. 3 months ago it was excellent.Now all the familiar staff have disappeared and the service has gone from bad to worse. It started by my having given a subscription with my name on it but not my subscription!. Since when I have been to collect my subscription to be told it hasn’t been submitted to the GP as the system has changed and no longer exists. why wasn’t I informed? It’s now 3 weeks overdue. 3 day ago I submitted a prescription and today joined a queue of 8 to 10 people In the shop, waiting approximately 15to20 minutes to reach the counter to find that although the prescription was through from the GP it couldn’t be activated as their computing system had broken down The Manager not in before Monday when I should ring to enquire what the position was. For goodness sake I am trying to collect medicine not a bar of soap. I am 90years old and my husband 93, living on our own. A very disgruntled customer. Unfortunately there is no other chemist easily accessible. A reply would be appreciated.
