Computerden Forfar.
People avoid this place! Wife's phone was in
for a new battery. As she was at work i
collected the phone.
I did not have her password so could not
confirm correct functionality (yes bad move
on my part).
Once my wife returned home the phone was
powered on. It became apparent the screen was
damaged and the camera did not work. These
were both previously fine.
Having questioned computerden they state the
damage had been caused as a result of water
ingress. This is impossible as the phone
literally was only moved from the shop to my
house and was no where near water.
After questioning this they were extremely
defensive and quickly banned us from the shop
while verbally abusing myself. They state
anyone who questions there work is instantly
banned from their shop!!
Long story short don't use their services as
they are clearly not competent and have no
interest in taking care of their customers.
